At Hands, we want you to love every piece you bring into your home; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items. All returned goods must be in their original condition and packaging to ensure a seamless refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original boxes with all protective padding included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel, covering any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
